In analyzing yourself and in supervising and encouraging others to solve problems, it helps to know what motivates us to solve problems. Sensitivity plays a part. In my research I have accumulated some keys: |

Our actions are influenced by motivation, which is stimulated by certain
needs, instincts, desires, and emotions. Some of these are:

There are times when we must solve problems of necessity, for school,
to satisfy parents, and for other special reasons. It can be fun and is
a part of the essence of life. |
